{"id":25695,"date":"2024-07-10T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-07-10T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pixovr.com\/?p=25695"},"modified":"2024-07-03T14:42:00","modified_gmt":"2024-07-03T18:42:00","slug":"virtual-reality-training-to-mercedes-benz-stadium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pixovr.com\/virtual-reality-training-to-mercedes-benz-stadium\/","title":{"rendered":"IIFX + Tech Partners Deliver NextGen Virtual Reality Training to Mercedes Benz Stadium Staff"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong><em>IIFX has Joined Forces with Intel, Dell, PIXO VR, and PICO XR<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>July 9, 2024, Jackson, Mississippi \u2013 On 25 and 26 June 2024, frontline workers, supervisors, and managers at Mercedes Benz Stadium were the first to participate in the&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/iifx.org\/iifx-training-hub-aspire\/\">ASPIRE (Action \u2013 Study \u2013 Prepare \u2013 Inspire \u2013 Rise \u2013 Be Exceptional)<\/a>, a training program jointly developed by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iifx.org\">Innovation Institute for Fan Experience (IIFX)<\/a> in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intel.com\/content\/www\/us\/en\/homepage.html\">Intel Corporation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delltechnologies.com\/en-us\/index.htm\">Dell Technologies<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/pixovr.com\/\">PIXO<\/a> VR, with the support of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.picoxr.com\/global\">PICO XR<\/a> and the National Minority Emerging and Innovative Technologies Consortium.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/iifx.org\/iifx-training-hub-aspire\/\">The ASPIRE initiative<\/a> is designed to deliver industry-relevant skills training to the multi-generational sports and entertainment industry frontline staff, supervisors, and managers using virtual reality technology.&nbsp; This joint initiative addresses a skills gap for the sports and entertainment workforce,\u201d said Dr. Lou Marciani, the Director and Co-Founder of IIFX.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iifx.org\/iifx-training-hub-aspire\/\">ASPIRE<\/a> provides workers with virtual reality training from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pixovr.com\">PIXO<\/a> that enables them to easily access effective immersive training to enhance their professional competencies and capabilities. The program provides sports and entertainment workers access to relevant, curated content through NextGen technology to help them grow their skills, increase their competency, and enhance their capabilities for current and future roles.&nbsp; IIFX chose to partner with PIXO as they are focused on helping workers win at work, and their patented platform that can support this kind of scale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Virtual reality training delivers a fully immersive and interactive learning experience.&nbsp; This training, in topics such as conflict resolution and other skills, can engage workers, and help sports and entertainment venues recruit and retain a multi-generational workforce by providing transferable, highly marketable skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As with many sectors, the sports and entertainment industry, which released millions of workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, is trying new ways to recruit, train, and retain a multi-generational workforce in the post-pandemic era.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Workers should be confident that they have the skills they need to win in their work role.
